                                                                   Refund Policy
Once the Authorization Form is turned in, arrangements will be made based on those numbers.  Students who drop the tour between November 30, 2016 and December 30, 2016 (90 days prior) will be responsible for $100.00 for non-refundable tickets already purchased. Students who drop before January 30, 2017 (60 days prior) will be responsible for $350.00 (as above plus festival and hotel penalties). Students who drop before March 1, 2017 (30 days prior) will be responsible for $500 (as above plus festival and hotel penalties). Absolutely no refund will be given for students or chaperones who drop within 30 days of the tour (after March 1, 2017), regardless of the amount of money paid to that point.  The entire cost of the tour will be charged to the student/chaperone and must be paid in full.
Payments must be made on time according to the schedule.  If a payment is more than one week late and acceptable arrangements have not been made, it will be assumed that the student or chaperone will not be going on tour.

Equal portion of gate from Vocal Point concert (March, 2017)

BYU Concessions Fund Raiser (2016-17)

Parents and Students,

We are now able to start scheduling the BYU Concessions fund raising opportunities. We ask that every student in A Cappella and Chamber try to volunteer for at least two events (the games or the cleanup) if possible.  The money earned will be divided up and given to you who help out. If parents or siblings help their time will be credited toward the student. We've had kids earn almost all of their tour expenses at the BYU Concessions stand.

We have two opportunities right now available and we need you to sign up ASAP.

September 15th. (Stand cleanup)
We need 10 people for this Thursday, six students and four adults. It will only take a few hours. 

September 17th (UCLA Game)
We need 33 students and four adults. This is a big game and we expect to have a large crowd and make a lot of money.

We set up a Google doc that you can use to signup.

2016 Choir Contact and Volunteer Survey

Students and Parents,

As we begin a new year we would like to learn more about you and set up a way to communicate with you. To do this we've created a short two minute survey. We want to know which choir(s) you'll be in and some information about you, including your email address and phone numbers.

We will use the information to create email groups for each choir (students and parents). We'll use these to communicate important choir events and information throughout this year.
